RETURN POLICY



You may return an item for refund or replacement within 7 days of the shipment date. After that, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the Return Authorization Code and copy of the invoice. 

It is the customer's responsibility to open the package and inspect the items upon delivery. Packages that appear to be damaged should be immediately reported to the freight carrier. Damage due to shipping is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. All claims are to be made by the customer directly with the carrier at delivery time. Shipping carriers will not honor late claims.

When you return an item, it must be in a good resalable condition, no scratches or damages or sign that  have been installed. 
  
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for damages by carrier, lost or misdirected returns.  If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

This policy only apply to online orders not in store orders.
